INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:

The production company is required to furnish Sabo Studios with an original certificate of insurance, showing proof of the following:

Production company renting both equipment and vehicles:
General liability, with the minimum of $1,000,000.
Sabo Studios must always be named as additional insured.
Automotive liability, with a minimum of $500,000 and physical damage. This insurance is primary coverage. Policy limits are per project.
Sabo Studios must always be named as additional insured.

Miscellaneous Equipment , with a minimum of $150,000 of replacement value, $60,000 for any one piece of equipment (depending on the actual value of the rented equipment); with no more than a $2500.00 deductible per occurrence.
Sabo Studios must be always be named as loss payee.

If no insurance is provided the production company takes full responsibility for the safe keeping of rented equipment while in their possession. Any items lost or damaged must be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Sabo Studios within a 2 week period.
